Servicios LEGALES

RISE for Immigrants provides free and low-cost representation before government agencies like USCIS and the Immigration Courts. We specialize in humanitarian cases like asylum, special immigrant juvenile status, VAWA, and U and T visa applications. Our hope is that no individual is left without legal representation due only to financial barriers.
